Il met en évidence certaines des conclusions préliminaires de l’évaluation de l’initiative De la ferme à l’école : le Canada, une terre fertile! et illustre le rôle important que peut jouer une approche De la ferme à l’école pour aider les élèves canadiens à bien manger et à bien vivre en utilisant un modèle de buffet à salades libre-service.
