Changing the Menu, the first-ever national school food conference in Canada took place on Nov 12-14, 2015 in Montreal. The conference was hosted by the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Farm to Cafeteria Canada and Équiterre. It was also brought to you by the partners of the Nourishing School Communities initiative.
