School Description
North Park is more than just a school; it’s a community. Our hallways echo with the laughter, dreams, and aspirations of over 1,300 students who come from various backgrounds, cultures, and experiences. Together, we celebrate our differences, fostering an inclusive environment where every voice matters. The North Park Breakfast Nutrition Program has been running for the past 9 years. The program offers students a nutritious start to their day, providing healthy meals and beverages guided by the Student Nutrition Program (SNP) Food and Beverage Choice Tables. The program is proudly supported by the YMCA, the Ontario Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services, and Ontario’s Student Nutrition Program (SNP), this initiative serves an average of over 50 students each day. We believe that proper nutrition fuels student energy, supports healthy growth and development, and enhances academic performance. No child should begin their day without a nourishing breakfast. The program runs five days a week, ensuring consistent access to healthy meals for our students.
