School Description
Students that are a part of an alternative curriculum program can take a KSN-Horticulture course and be involved in raising vegetables, herbs, flowers for the school and for the Burlington community. Inside we have seedlings under grow lights, plants around the school and gardens around the school. We tend a heritage kitchen garden at the local municipal museum called the Ireland House Museum. Produce from our gardens go to the culinary program at our school or the Burlington Food Bank.
