School Description
Our school’s goal is to improve the cafeteria service in terms of options offered, health benefits, and price. We want our students to be able to participate in hands-on learning and to understand where their food comes from. We need to enrich our nutrition units within the curriculum and we need to teach students how to make their own informed choices about what they eat. We’d also like to start offering evening cooking classes for our families, as well as our community. We would also like to invite guests, such as Elders or Knowledge Keepers to share their knowledge and practices.
