School Description
We have a diverse population of over 1500 students and 100 staff members. We have a vibrant extracurricular program and supports for students who require academic help or are new to Canada. Our school code of conduct includes service before self, and our students often volunteer for various activities and events in and around the school. We started a morning and noon hour nutrition program after COVID. We value the importance of Wellness and believe that proper nourishment will have an impact on our student's ability to learn. While we get some support from our division office to help feed our students, we also write grants, accept donations and market the need to our community. We also just started a horticulture club that currently produces fresh cut flowers and are expanding into fresh produce.
