Vania Choi is a lawyer at the Law Society of BC. Prior to joining the Law Society, she worked in private practice in civil litigation.
She is excited about the opportunity to help Farm to Cafeteria Canada continue to develop and engage with organizations and individuals across the country to bring local sustainable food systems into their communities. As an avid cook, Vania enjoys incorporating fresh local ingredients into her dishes whenever she can. She especially loves making Korean food for her friends and family and shares some of the tastier recipes on a YouTube channel that she runs with her husband.
Vania lives and works from the unceded lands of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and sel̓íl̓witulh (Tsleil-Waututh) nations.
