General Information
Elements Society is a non-profit organization that develops and delivers environmental education programs throughout Metro Vancouver and Calgary. Our EcoCooks program is a science-based, environmental cooking program for secondary students that addresses how food choices impact the health of our planet. This multi-session, interdisciplinary program uses fun, hands-on activities at the intersection of cooking and the environment to inspire and empower students to connect their choices in the kitchen with their health, the planet, and its inhabitants.
