General Information
We are a secular, grassroots, community-driven neighbourhood house located in the Downtown Eastside. We provide programs for families, community members, seniors, and children! Our children and family programs work to build community and provide supports to our neighbours while centering food security and the right to food. We work closely with Lord Strathcona elementary school and Strathcona Community Centre to support health and wellness outcomes for all members of our community. Our programs include Family Drop-In, Early Years Drop-In, Kids Kitchen cooking class, after-school tutoring, nutritional outreach at Strathcona school, and connection to a community urban garden site.
