Qui plus est, Food First NL veut que le choix local devienne le choix facile.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Une des \u00e9tapes cl\u00e9s pour atteindre ces objectifs consiste \u00e0 augmenter la quantit\u00e9 d\u2019aliments sains locaux servis dans les \u00e9tablissements publics, comme les \u00e9coles et les h\u00f4pitaux, o\u00f9 l\u2019on nourrit de nombreuses personnes tous les jours. Cette \u00e9tape concorde avec les efforts d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s par de nombreux organismes communautaires dans la province, qui eux aussi s\u2019efforcent d\u2019am\u00e9liorer l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux choix sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Par l\u2019interm\u00e9diaire de notre partenariat avec le r\u00e9seau\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.farmtocafeteriacanada.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">De la ferme \u00e0 la caf\u00e9t\u00e9ria Canada<\/a>\u00a0et du programme de bar \u00e0 salade De la ferme \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole, nous avonsfacilit\u00e9 l\u2019approvisionnement en aliments locaux dans une caf\u00e9t\u00e9ria scolaire. En effet, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ce programme, les aliments produits sur une ferme locale sont servis aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves du Coll\u00e8ge St Bonaventure, \u00e0 St. John\u2019s. Et au cours des prochaines semaines, nous annoncerons l\u2019expansion du programme dans d\u2019autres \u00e9coles terre-neuviennes.
