Marcus has 12 years of experience supporting, and designing school garden and healthy eating programs in Quebec and B.C. His passion for food systems can be traced back to his childhood as the grandson of an avid gardener who grew the tastiest cherry tomatoes. Along with an interest in local food, Marcus enjoys growing his own vegetables, being involved with youth basketball, and listening to old records. Marcus also supports the Capital Region as a community animator with Farm to School BC.
